About the far infrared sauna dome
Improved exposure to far infrared: There are no dead spots in this sauna. The interior is covered with a heating element so your entire body is bathed with infrared. Because the element is closer to you, you are exposed to stronger infrared at the ideal wavelengths. It doesn't dissipate over distance.

This sauna is very high quality and super easy to use, it’s lightweight, easy to put away if you don’t want it out all the time. It heats up quickly, within a few minutes. I have been doing 25-30 minutes a day and I am able to get a good sweat on in that time. I usually flip over halfway through. 220 volt available. The 220-volt option requires the customer to install the ozone-to-sauna connection kit, which will be sent separately from the sauna.
