Refunds and Shipping

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it according to the policy below, minus the original shipping charges associated with your order. Even if a product ships free to you, there is still a cost for shipping to us, therefore orders returned that shipped free will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost. This may vary based on the item size and weight. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Customer pays to ship the item back to us. Exceptions may apply.

Ozone Therapy

Ozone Generators: 30 day return policy with a 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

Ozone Packages: 30 day return policy with a 15% restock fee on ozone generators. Ozone generator must be in sellable condition. Glassware and accessories are returnable within 30 days if unopened and fully sealed.

Ozone Accessories, Insufflations Accessories, Glassware, Syringes: Not returnable if opened or used. Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Ozone Saunas: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. If the product is used a 20% restock fee will apply.

Ozonated Oils & Supplements

Ozonated Oils & Ozone Suppositories: Returnable for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Full Spectrum Hemp: Returnable for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

RemedyLink Suppositories: Not returnable if opened or used. Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original package.

PurO3 Suppositories: Returnable for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Dental Health: Returnable for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Oral Detox: Not returnable if opened or used. Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original package.

Oxygen/EWOT

Oxygen Tanks: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. If used, they are not returnable.

Prefilled O2Ready Tanks: Not returnable.

Oxygen Tank Regulators: Returnable within 30 days of receipt. Must be free of nicks and scratches in sellable condition.

Transfill Systems: Returnable within 30 days of receipt. Must be free of nicks and scratches in sellable condition.

Oxygen Concentrators: 30 day return policy with a 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

EWOT Systems and Accessories: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Oxygen concentrator is returnable within 30 days with a 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

Muti-Step Systems and Accessories: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Oxygen concentrator is returnable within 30 days with a 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

Oxygen Accessories: Returnable within 30 days if uused and in original packaging. Exceptions may apply if item is in multiple categories.

Saunas/Heat Pads

Saunas: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging with a 5% restock fee. If used a 20% restock fee will apply. Must be in sellable condition.

Heat Pads: 30 day return policy with a 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

Ozone Air Purifiers

Cashido Mini: Returnable for full refund within 30 days of receipt. Must be in sellable condition.

Jenesco Ozone Generators, Plates and Filters: Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Ozone Water Purifiers

Electrolysis Systems: Not returnable if opened or used. Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Household Sanitizers: Returnable for full refund within 30 days of receipt.

On Demand Ozone Water: 30 day return policy with a 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

Fluoride Removal

Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Hydrogen

Handheld Hydrogen Inhalation Device: 30 day return policy with 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

H2 Hydrogen Inhalation and Drinking System: 30 day return policy with 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

Promolife Hydrogen Water Generator: 30 day return policy with 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

All other products: Not returnable if opened or used. Returnable within 30 days in original sealed package.

PEMF

E-Pulse Devices and Accessories: Returnable within 10 days from date of receipt with a 25% restock fee.

Almagia Devices: Device may be returned within 14 days of purchase with all original documents and packaging. A 15% restock fee will apply. Shipping and other paid services are not eligible for refunds.

Ereada PEMF Pad: 30 day return policy with 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition.

Red/Infrared Light Therapy

Usuie Red Lght Devices: Not returnable if opened or used. Returnable within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Intranasal Light Therapy: Returnable within six months with 20% restock fee less shipping costs.

Prostate Relief

Mavit: Device may be returned within 14 days of purchase with all original documents and packaging. A 15% restock fee will apply. Shipping and other paid services are not eligible for refunds.

Frequency Generators and Detox Machines

Renovati Revive: 30 day return wih 15% restock fee. Modules and Sea-Onic Solution are not returnable if opened or used and will be deducted from machine refund.

BioCleanse: Machines returnable within 30 days with a 5% restock fee. Shipping fees are not returned. Modules/arrays are not returnable and the retail cost of arrays will be deducted from machine refund amount. Customer must ship the unit back at customer's cost. Unit must be in perfect condition, in the original box with all paperwork and accessories.

All other products: Not returnable for sanitation reasons.

Refurbished Items

Refurbished items are not returnable unless otherwise noted.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee or shipping fee may apply. Special orders and discounted products are not returnable and may result in a cancellation fee. If an order has already shipped and is refused by the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any other exceptions will appear on individual product pages at the bottom of the description. If you are unsure of the refund policy of a product, we encourage you to contact us.

How to start a return

To start a return, simply log onto your account at www.promolife.com, and click the “Return Items” button below the item you want to return in your order history. Once the return request is processed and approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number as well as any necessary return instructions.

Sellable Condition

Sellable condition refers to a product in like new condition with no dents, dings, cracks, stains, odors, or other disqualifying issues. If returned in unsellable condition, additional restock fees may apply.

Warranty issues

Most products carry a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Products with exceptions are usually listed on the product page. During the first 30 days after purchase we will assist you with any warranty issues and there will be no shipping cost to you. After 30 days warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer. Most often the manufacturer will not cover shipping costs for warranty issues.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any product received damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer if we are notified within 7 days from date of receipt. Shipping companies will not insure or allow us to place claims after this period of time. It is the customer's responsibility to immediately check your item for damage or defect upon receiving.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to and from Promolife or the manufacturer if a product is defective or fails after 30 days of receipt. Promolife reserves the right to replace or repair.

International Orders

Credit cards may not be accepted on orders originating out of North America. If you have any issues with payment, let us know and we will help you find an appropriate payment method.   Prices do not include international shipping, customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees that apply to your country. The customer agrees to pay these fees. If you do not know what your country's customs, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are, contact your local office in charge of import information.  

Customers who refuse shipment on any international order will be responsible for paying all shipping charges to and from the destination, as well as any duty, taxes or other charges that may be charged to Promolife Inc. There will also be a minimum 5% restock fee.

International customers are also responsible for shipping costs when sending their product to and from Promolife for refund, repair or replacement.

Voltage Requirements: Please be aware that all products except a few are rated at 110-120 voltage for USA use and may not work in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to know what your country's voltage is before plugging it in, as the wrong voltage will permanently damage your product and will void your warranty. You may need a voltage converter. You may check with an electrician or electrical store for voltage questions and purchasing a voltage converter.
