I have purchased several items from Promolife (ozone generator, low flow, humidifier and bubbler). I own the stethoscope for ear insufflation and though the catheters were helpful but the vaginal insufflation is the best. First, it's silicone and has a spiral where the ozone can be pumped into the canal on both sides (much different from the catheter).
