Warranty Service Request for Products Purchased Through Distributor

If you currently own a Promolife-branded product, that was purchased through an authorized Promolife distributor, and it needs servicing or warranty work, please add this item to your shopping cart and checkout.

Note: If you purchased through Promolife, simply go through the process for returns or warranty service in your Orders list in My Account. This page is only for those who purchased Promolife products through an authorized outside distributor.

During the checkout process you will need to create an account if you haven't already. Once your order is Complete you can go to your account, select “Return Items” in your Orders list and provide the required information. Please make note in the comment section which item you need serviced.
